The Power of Cellular Regeneration

Updated: Aug 26

In this week’s blog, Mary Jo shares one of her favorite client stories.

Cellular regeneration is a miraculous process that, when unimpeded, facilitates healing. Unfortunately, the standard American diet, rife with toxins and heavy metals, currently obstructs how the body is intended to renew on a regular basis.

A few months ago, I had the opportunity to observe this entire process firsthand with a new client. Looking back, I am still blown away by the evolution that occurred in such a short span of time.

A man in his mid-50s presented with significant health concerns, including a carotid artery that was 100% plugged and another that was approximately 50% plugged. Additionally, he suffered from severe knee pain and had a spot on one of his lungs. His doctors offered little hope, citing the high risks associated with carotid surgery - especially given the overall state of his health.

His appearance reflected his grim prognosis: a grayish skin tone, heavy breathing, and a limp due to severe knee pain. His diet largely consisted of deep-fried, refined, and packaged foods, and his daily water intake was minimal.

At the beginning of the session, I focused on identifying what was impacting his carotid arteries. The therapeutic Blueprint Restoration process brought me to clear heavy metals and agricultural toxicities – a mix of his own exposure, and inherited imbalances from prior generations. After addressing the carotids, I then focused on his knee pain.

Post-session, I advised him to increase his water intake and cease eating between meals, as these are two crucial components for igniting the body’s self-healing process.

Within three days, his knee pain significantly improved, dropping from an 8.5/10 to a 2/10.

Approximately five weeks later, he returned, and I was astonished by the transformation.

His gray complexion was gone, replaced by a healthier, more vibrant skin tone.

His posture had transformed as well: he was standing upright, which was a drastic shift from how he was slouching during his first visit.

He also walked with a normal gait – there was no more limp.

When I asked about these dramatic changes, he attributed them to consistently drinking filtered water and adhering to the no-eating-between-meals regimen.

He was sleeping better as well, and in his own words, he “felt like a whole new person.”

The outcome:

  • Within two months, his X-ray showed complete disappearance of the lung spot

  • His knees experienced 80% regeneration

  • The left carotid artery is now 100% open and 90% regenerated

  • The right carotid artery is now 100% open and 85% regenerated

  • Interoception (the mind-body connection) restored to as intended once the excess toxicities were cleared from his system, shifting his taste buds away from many of the fried foods and sugary drinks he had become accustomed to consuming

What’s more, his cellular regeneration speed returned to its optimal design – and because of this, his body was healing issues that we hadn’t specifically addressed.

It will never cease to amaze me how the body responds once we clear the path for it to regenerate in the way that it was meant to from the very start. Alongside a couple of small lifestyle shifts, his progress only continues to expedite – which further proves how powerful our self-healing mechanism is, when it’s given the opportunity to function exactly as intended.
