Medjool Dates and Pork Bacon: Two Cravings, Cured

Recently, Mary Jo and I found ourselves in the same place, at the very same time: battling two different yet strangely powerful food cravings.
Â
We were each able to overcome them using the most recent protocol that we developed, and truth be told, I am still in awe over how quickly the switch flipped in us.
Â
From obsession to indifference overnight.
Â
Over the past year, my love for organic Medjool dates – seemingly harmless on the surface – developed into a bit of an addiction. At my peak earlier this month, I was consuming between 30-40 dates a day – roughly 2,500 calories worth.
Â
Not exactly something I’m proud of, but in hindsight, it was a great chance to put our work into action and heal the underlying root cause.
Â
One of the things we’ve learned over the course of our research at Aging as Intended is that the body was created in true, divine perfection – and a food craving like this points towards an imbalance that requires healing. Which, thankfully, we have the power to address through our protocol.
Â
Right around the time that I hit a breaking point and realized I needed to get rid of this addiction was when Mary Jo was using our protocol to heal her craving for pork bacon.
Â
Funny how we found ourselves in the same spot simultaneously; beholden to different foods but definitely overwhelmed by the power they had over us. And also funny because, between the two of us, our cravings created one of the most popular appetizers in restaurants these days – bacon wrapped dates!
Â
While other healing modalities like EMDR are able to achieve a similar end result with regards to resolving food cravings, what we have created goes a layer deeper:
Â
We’re able to obtain some really fascinating insight about the body alongside the healing that takes place.
Â
So perhaps the universe gifted us both these experiences at the same time so we could have the opportunity to learn more about what was really driving these urges.
Â
If you do some research about the origin of food cravings, you’ll be taken down a rabbit hole that discusses brain chemistry, hormonal imbalances, learned habits, and emotions. What arose for both of us in testing as the root cause for our respective cravings?
Â
Organs not being properly fueled.
Â
The specific foods our bodies kept gravitating towards were fueling deficiencies in different organs. For me, Medjool dates were fueling my stomach and spleen that were low on fuel due to inherited imbalances. For Mary Jo, the pork bacon was fueling her brain matter that was low on fuel as well.
Â
Through our protocol, we were able to clear the underlying imbalances preventing these organs from being properly fueled, bring them back to 100%, and what happened as a result is still blowing my mind.
Â
The food cravings? Completely disappeared. For both of us.
Â
A few hours after the healing occurred, I opened up the fridge and made eye contact with the bag of dates and felt nothing. No gravitational pull to shove a handful in my mouth, no desire at all. But I felt a curiosity rise up inside to try one and see if it would have the same effect.
Â
It tasted different. Not bad, but definitely different. And I was completely satisfied with just one, as compared to the 10-12 I used to eat in one sitting.
Â
The best part? No drugs or supplements required to eradicate the cravings.
Â
True autonomy, thanks to the power of energy and the responsiveness of the human body.
Â
We were never intended to be enslaved by food, but so many of us find ourselves in this place time and time again. To be able to understand what is causing it though – and to heal it at the source – is something that provides an immeasurable sense of freedom.
