How the Body Defines Food

According to higher consciousness, what is the true definition of food?
Based on our research from the last several years, food is defined strictly as substances containing natural hydrogen and phosphorus within their original waters.
Anything falling outside of this definition is not viewed as food by the body, which undergoes considerable stress when non-food items are consumed. Products that lack these natural fluids, or have had them stripped away, are automatically relegated to storage in the stomach and its physical counterpart – the belly.
The body is constantly seeking to extract natural hydrogen and phosphorus to produce necessary fuel. When a food item lacks the natural waters that house these elements, the body is unable to utilize it. This leads to the development of inflammation, and these inflammatory substances remain stored in the system unless they are flushed out by consuming additional spring water.
There are two such foods that fall into this category – powders, and cheese - and lately we have seen some interesting symptoms arise our clients as a result of the inflammation caused by these foods.
All powders, whether a protein powder, collagen, or supplement, undergo a dehydration process that strips away every nutrient that the human body is capable of recognizing. As practitioners, we have personally encountered numerous clients whose bodies have become clogged with powders. Over time, these stagnant substances can trigger inflammatory responses, and in some cases, reach a point where medical intervention becomes necessary. In our assessment, it is hazardous to consume any substance that lacks natural water and its essential components, such as naturally occurring electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and the two most critical elements: hydrogen and phosphorus. One such symptom that we've seen in several clients who regularly consume powders is an increase in belly fat.
In the case of cheese, we have begun to see a connection between the consumption of cheese and bone erosion, which can lead to osteopenia or osteoporosis. Of course, this is the opposite of what we have been told for generations – that the calcium in cheese helps to strengthen our bones – but that does not appear to be the case with our present day food supply. Due to the hybridization and change in ranching practices to feed a growing population over the past 50+ years, animals in the US – including cows, goats, and sheep – have morphed into species that our bodies have a difficult time recognizing. Lately we have seen that animal products, most notably cheese, generates a bacteria in the body that triggers an inflammatory acid to accumulate in the skeletal muscles. The accumulation of this acid erodes the bones, and in several cases, can lead to osteopenia or osteoporosis. This is yet another example of a food lacking its critical elements and causing damage to the body.
There is, however, a silver lining. The protocol we’ve created and are continuing to refine can not only clear the inflammation generated by these foods, but it can also heal the effects. Combined with a shift in lifestyle, we have witnessed the body make a miraculous recovery when the offending causes and resulting inflammatory burden are detoxed from the body.
