Mapping Our Choices

In our protocol, we use a body mapping process; allowing us to trace the various effects that occur when an imbalance enters the system. Regardless of whether it’s through the skin - from water toxicity in the shower, or through the mouth - via heavy metals in food, we are able to map these intruders’ different paths of impact to vertebrae, organs, glands, tissues, and emotions.

This has led us down some interesting research rabbit holes, and into a part of our health that gets significantly impacted by environmental toxins:

Our mindset. And the choices that stem from it.

We have the freedom to choose everything we consume (or so we think). What we eat and drink, what we wear, the substances we put on our skin, and the content we watch & listen to. This freedom extends to how we spend our time, whether in minutes or hours, and who we spend our time with.

But do we truly have freedom over our thoughts? Can one just default to thinking happy thoughts at the drop of a hat?

Every choice we make has an equal and undeniable consequence. If we choose an unhealthy path, whether physically or mentally, an unhealthy outcome will manifest within us; either by taking the form of physical matter or emotional distress.

Both of which impact our bodily systems to varying degrees.

Ultimately, unhealthy choices accumulate, leading to an unhealthy mind. The accumulation of toxicity in the body, stemming from sources such as heavy metals and pesticides, infiltrate parts of the brain – specifically the medulla oblongata in the brainstem.

This accumulation in the medulla oblongata diminishes our capacity for happy thoughts. We actually become incapable of healthy reasoning and maintaining a positive mindset. This accumulation leads to closed-mindedness, self-absorption, decreased self-worth, and a lack of self-awareness.

Our mindset, and the choices that come from it, have an undeniable impact on our health and vice versa. The immune system can weaken, leading to increased susceptibility. Flexibility decreases, which results in stiffness and pain. Cognitive function, including both short and long-term memory, can also be affected.

Perhaps the most critical element we need to consider is how this also includes the imbalances that we inherit.

What we see in our clients is that yes, our choices and thoughts can certainly be hindered by things we consume – but this also extends to what our parents, grandparents, and past generations consumed (and were exposed to) as well. We are impacted, present day, by the choices of those who have come before us.

And while all of this seems to paint a hopeless picture on the surface, it is anything but.

We are now empowered in a brand new way to overcome this.

Between removing these imbalances from the system and taking actionable steps going forward, we can help the body return to its natural state – of gravitating towards healthier choices naturally. When the brainstem is cleansed and the mind can begin to function in the way that it was intended, the shift is noticeable. Some of what we’ve been hearing from clients, and feeling ourselves, includes:

  • A deep sense of peace

  • Mental & emotional homeostasis

  • A return to authenticity

  • Lightness & liberation

  • Groundedness

When the body clears itself of longstanding & inherited imbalances, the physical improvements are undeniable and typically the first that the body notices. The deeper & longer term impacts to the mind, heart, and soul can sometimes require us to consciously step back and observe the shift over a longer span of time.

How we approach life with a more positive and hopeful mindset.

How our nervous systems become more and more regulated, especially in the face of stress.

How we peel back these layers of toxicities and as a result, begin to reveal our truly authentic, core self that lives underneath it all.

These aren’t shifts that occur overnight, but through leveraging this protocol over the past several months, the effects are vast – far more vast than we had anticipated.

And because of this, it’s the non-physical effects – the mental, emotional, and spiritual evolution we are experiencing and witnessing - that's quickly becoming our favorite part of the protocol.
