“Healthy” Packaged Foods & The Body

Inflammation is a silent issue that often goes unnoticed. This acid, a byproduct of improperly digested food, accumulates in joints, bodily fluids, and the brainstem. What we see in our clients and in our research is consistent: the body struggles to process foods it doesn't recognize as whole.

Electrolytes, vital for the body's function, are found exclusively in the living waters of foods that are created in nature. Unfortunately, the refining process strips foods of these essential electrolyte waters.

Many of our clients are surprised to learn the extent of their inflammation, especially those who believe they eat healthy. They often describe diets rich in packaged foods that are marketed as gluten-free, non-GMO, or organic. However, these packaged foods offer little to no real food or electrolyte waters, making them difficult for the body to digest.

The body stores anything it can't use, and over time, these stored substances can turn into acids. Oils, especially those in packaged and refined foods, are a major contributor to inflammation. These oils are heated, refined, and stripped of their nutrients, becoming dense, empty, and unusable calories.

In one such example, a client of ours was experiencing recurring knee pain and could not figure out a long-term solution. Our sessions would offer temporarily relief, as would over the counter pain medication, but the aching would return within a few days.

During our last appointment, dense food and agricultural toxicity tested as the two leading root causes of inflammation in her joints. They also arose as the main culprits that needed to be cleansed from her leg muscles.

“I want to know what foods are causing this!” She exclaimed. So I had her rattle off the main packaged staples in her diet, which were gluten-free tortillas, a popular brand of vegetable chips, non-GMO chocolate chip cookies, and organic fruit leather. Upon testing them, every single item arose as being a cause of inflammation – due to their density.

The agricultural toxicities came up in 2/4 of the products.

“But they are healthy!” She just sat there shaking her head, in disbelief that the marketing would lead her astray.

What we have been led to believe is ‘healthy’ via buzzwords such as organic and non-GMO is sadly a misconception.

As we age, an accumulation of acids in the body can lead to various problems. The most frequent complaints we encounter are knee pain and diminished leg mobility.

Joints lose their mobility and flexibility due to acid accumulation. Increased acidity in bodily fluids can also impair digestion, making it difficult to process certain foods. Furthermore, acid buildup in the brainstem can negatively impact memory, focus, and overall mindset.

Our research continues to show that the body can only be fueled by whole foods that retain their electrolyte waters, not by processed foods. Furthermore, we frequently find that clients' bodies will store unused powders from supplements in various organs, glands, and tissues, because these lack the vital electrolyte waters to be appropriately processed and purged from the body.

Even if a processed food claims to be organic, it remains a refined product, devoid of its living waters.  The aisles in the center of most grocery stores, typically stocked with such items, offer minimal health benefits.

Our health is directly linked to the produce aisle, a zone entirely free of inflammation, no matter the store.
