Arriving at .04%

The story of one of our biggest discoveries to date came to light one Friday night last year, thanks to a documentary on longevity and the aging process. We found ourselves engrossed in the content, taking breaks intermittently to muscle test and see if the guidance provided in the movie paralleled our own findings.
Of course, it also resulted in a play-by-play over group text, to see if we were obtaining the same answers.
Plant-focused diet? Yes, will help the body slow the aging process.
Extensive supplements? No – will accelerate aging.
Prioritizing strength training? Yes, will help the body slow the aging process.
Avoiding the sun? No – will accelerate aging. (Big time!)
During one point in the documentary, the subject proudly claimed that his current rate of aging was .64, meaning that for every year that passes, he ages by 2/3 (or 234 days for every 365.) He attributed this to his lifestyle and having a ‘dialed-in’ diet of nutrient-dense foods, alongside sleep optimization, exercise, and supplementation.
Given our work in wellness, we felt compelled to do some research and assess if there was, in fact, a rate of aging that the human body was designed to adhere to.
And what we landed on was a number far lower than .64.
Our research shows that the human body’s intended baseline rate of aging is .04%. Approximately 1.46 days for every calendar year is the rate at which we were intended to age.
This discovery, which we each independently confirmed with our own research, led us down a rabbit hole of trying to understand what factors either accelerate or slow the aging process.
It also served as the catalyst for overhauling our healing protocol, as shortly thereafter we made another discovery: that we in fact had the ability to restore the body to its intended aging rate of .04%.
In our client work, we began to inquire about the aging rate at the start of each session, and again at the closing. Initial aging rate numbers ranged from 80% to 450%, due to a variety of factors: what would arise from our protocol would offer fascinating insight about the imbalances that were at the root of accelerated aging, many of which were inherited and dating back several generations.
A brief snapshot of what appeared most often in client testing:
Heavy metals, with mercury, cadmium, and arsenic being the most common
Dense acidic byproducts from man-made and refined foods, stored in different organs, glands, and systems
A scar-tissue like substance from snacking, also stored in various parts of the body
Inherited physical and emotional trauma, which left a cellular imprint & got passed down from parent to child
All of this provided immense insight about the aging process, and served as a launching pad for helping us to understand how to refine our healing protocol to clear all of these imbalances from the body. Each and every client would end at the .04% aging rate, with imbalances disappearing one by one- and subsequently, their symptoms would, too.
This also served as a milestone in our own careers, and impetus for launching our practice: Aging as Intended.
The .04% discovery also led us to:
Stumble upon the cranial nerves, and how they play an instrumental role in healing
Uncover the blueprints, which live in different systems throughout our body
Research the specific lifestyle factors required in order for somebody to maintain this aging rate (and in some cases, lower it further)
Write a book about it all (to be released in June 2025)
Develop Blueprint Restoration, a first-of-its-kind energy protocol that restores the body’s blueprints to how they were originally intended to function
Where it is taking us next:
Continuing to educate the public about what truly accelerates aging
Training practitioners to become certified in this healing protocol
Speaking on the importance of what the body deems to be the most important factors impacting health, vitality, and the aging process: hydration, the consumption of certain foods, and not eating in between meals being the most critical
It’s just the start of our journey, but we are excited to start building a community and keep everyone posted about our findings as they occur.
